Today we are going to talk about navel shifting. Many people suffer from the problem of naval shift due to which gas in the stomach, loss of appetite, constipation and many people suffer from diarrhea.
If the navel shifts to the right then the pain is felt on the opposite side of our stomach and if the navel shifts left side then the pain is felt on the right side of our stomach.
Due to the problem of navel shifting, one has to face many stomach related problems. Let us know why the problem of navel slipping occurs and what can be done to solve it.
The first easy way to correct this is Paschimottasana. To do this, first of all sit in Dandasana position and while holding the feet or lower legs, bend forward from the hip joint and try to touch your nose or chin on the knees.
To do this, sit in the position of Vajrasana and keep your hands near the feet and slowly place the elbows on the ground and move the back downwards and straighten the thighs and then place both your hands on the shoulders. Bring it to the side and touch the head of the penis to the floor with the help of the tip, this will give a good stretch. Taking strong support of your hands, straighten your head and put your body weight on the elbows and come into the position of Vajrasana.
To do this, slowly lie down on your stomach on the ground and straighten both your hands and touch your chin to the ground. While inhaling, move the upper part and lower part of the body upwards, so that the entire weight falls on the navel. Then slowly exhale and come back to your old position.
